In line with its commitment to strengthening communication skills and empowering professionals across Europe and the EU candidate countries, the European Centre of Excellence (ECE Brussels) recently supported two high-impact training events led by Bojan Kordalov, MA, Director for Policy and Communication at ECE Brussels.

On 15 March 2025, Bojan Kordalov delivered a Masterclass on Public Speaking and Confidence: How to Connect with Your Audience at Cineplexx (Hall 5). The session equipped participants with practical techniques to overcome stage fright, engage audiences effectively, and master the fundamentals of voice control, diction, and improvisation. Through real-world exercises and interactive simulations, participants enhanced their ability to speak with clarity and confidence in various professional and personal contexts.

Following this, on 23 April 2025, Bojan Kordalov led a workshop titled Effective Conversation Skills: How to Improve Your Communication at Netaville co-working space. The workshop provided students and young professionals with actionable strategies for structuring their thoughts, expressing themselves clearly, and navigating conversations with greater impact. Participants gained insights on active listening, persuasive negotiation, and building meaningful connections through communication.

Both sessions reflect ECE Brussels' ongoing efforts to promote inclusive, transparent, and effective communication as a key element of good governance, democratic development, and EU integration. The trainings also align with ECE’s priority to empower youth and emerging leaders with essential skills for active participation in public life.
